Roles & Responsibilities Of  Mechanical Engineer

• The mechanical Engineer ready to  Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) onsite .
• Always provide and  ensuring that there is a pro-active approach to planned maintenance and a high PPM output.
• Should capable to Attend to breakdowns onsite ensuring that there is always a rapid response with in minimal Time.
• Should use the  workshop machinery and tools to make technological equipment.
• Able to Execute predictive maintenance
• Make checklist and grease map development for successful running.
• Site plant and technological machinery reduction capacity.
• Try to Carry out repairs to plant and equipment during production, effectively and efficiently.
• Corrective  maintenance performance required.
• Should knowledge about ABC classification of mechanical spare parts and usability.
• Correct the issues like tags and work orders.
• Should have the ability to Develop technical procedures, manuals, SOP’s and other things.
• Ready to make drawings and sketches for equipment modification and repairing for company needs.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERING JOB

• Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma.
• Intermediate English skill.
• General production process equipment, familiar with mechanical theory and maintenance knowledge and skill.
• Basic Computer Literacy: Mid-Level and Auto cad Skill.
• Experience in carrying out and analyzing breakdowns
• The food industry working preferable
• The printing industry experience would be an advantage
• The candidate should have Knowledge and experience in turning machine, grinding and milling machine operations.
• leading or participation in Improvement experience is additional advantage.
• Must have the knowledge, discipline and initiative about the technology.
• Over all awareness of the company needs.
