Job Description:
- • To visit the assigned projects regularly and monitor the work progress
- • To ensure that the project work completion program is strictly implemented
- . Report to the Project Manager about the site progress, sub-contractor status, and Manpower schedule daily basis.
- • To meet consultants/contractors and discuss the site progress
- • To monitor the performance of the team working at assigned sites
- • To ensure that the materials at the site are stored properly protecting them from possible
Eligibility:
- • Should have Bachelors in Civil Engineering
- • Should have a minimum of 8-9 yrs. experience in ID out/Joinery site execution
- • Experience in Interior Fit-out industry and should have experience in Hotel Refurb, fit out for F&B & Commercial building Fit-out
